Advanced and Elite Developmental

 

  • Our advanced and elite classes require prior gymnastics experience.

  • Enrollment is based on evaluation and/or our coaches recommendation.

  • Gymnasts should be able to perform above average gymnastic skills on each event to enroll.

  • We offer 4 sessions of classes during the school year.

  • We offer ongoing enrollment as long as space permits. The session will be pro-rated.

Is my child ready for one of these programs?

 

These programs are for students with prior experience. If your child is enrolled in one of our intermediate classes, the coaches will actively evaluate and reach out to you when they feel your child is ready for the intermediate programs listed here.

Pixie Cats

Ages 6-8

Girls

1.75 Hour Class

Our Pixie Cat classes are instructor-recommended classes, designed for girls who demonstrate advanced intermediate gymnastic ability. While continuing to increase an overall fitness level, each class will focus on mastering the USA Level 2 and 3 skills. Students MUST be evaluated to participate in this class.

Tabby Cats

Ages 9+

Girls

1.75 Hour Class

Our Tabby Cat classes are instructor-recommended classes, designed for girls who demonstrate advanced intermediate gymnastic ability. While continuing to increase an overall fitness level, each class will focus on mastering the USA Level 2 and 3 skills. Students MUST be evaluated to participate in this class.

Cheetahs

Ages 9+

Girls

2 Hour Class

Our Cheetah classes are instructor-recommended classes, designed for girls who demonstrate Advanced gymnastics ability. While continuing to increase an overall fitness level, each class will focus on mastering the USA Level 4 skills along with the progressive introduction of elite skills. Students MUST be evaluated to participate in this class.
